Bookshape is a bookshelf in which a fictional content gives shape to the container.

In some ways, this bookshelf bends reality to fiction by forcing us to store only the books which fit in the holes. 

Bookshape has been developed in different versions through the years: originally made in acrylic, it was then developed in painted metal or in metal and wood.
